It was a used Ibook i need to reset it or get rid of the passwoed and add a new one. I can use it but i can't update it it needs the password and i don't know it.Please help me

If you are running OS X Server, that isn't a Classic OS. Find your OS X server version and post to the correct forum here:

Otherwise tell us what you are running on your iBook G4. Is it the Classic environment which needs its password reset, or some version of Mac OS X?
